Paperless Environments® is pleased to announce that our corporate office has moved into a new location on South Sherwood Forest Blvd. in Baton Rouge. This relocation provided us the perfect opportunity to update our everyday workspace into one that reflects our updated brand.
We were excited to partner with GraceHebert Architects (GH) to develop an energetic and fun environment for our team through their holistic, immersive process. GH says their “goal is to transform client visions into built environments that stimulate productivity and inspire the spirit.”
Our ultimate vision was to complete an interior build-out of our 3,980-square-foot space that would represent the creative and technical aspects of the company, a desire that was not being met in our previous office design. Seth Dawson, our president and CEO, was engaged throughout the process by providing information on our company’s space, functional needs and aesthetic desires while allowing GH to explore unique design solutions.
With the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, GH created a 3D model, allowing our team to actually see and experience the project prior to the start of construction. Renderings that were pulled from the model provided us with a level of comfort with the overall design, including the interior finish palette and proposed graphics.
As a result, our new office supports the collaborative nature of our development group as well as customer support and sales in a setting that supports our “best of class” services and solutions. “Our team culture is at an all-time high,” said Dawson. “We’re actually excited to come in and collaborate together, which is great for invigorating our team as well as bringing on new members.”
